1. Who we are

HOSPIO is a product of Tech Switch Labs LLP, AB 405, Lodha Casa Paradiso, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad 500018, Telangana, India.

This policy is written for India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We handle personal data in two different ways.

(a) Website visitors and enquiries. We decide how this data is used.
(b) Patient data inside the HOSPIO service. Clinics are responsible for their patients’ data. HOSPIO processes it on the clinic’s behalf, under the clinic’s instructions.

When you use the demo, partner or contact forms, we collect what you type: your name, clinic or company, city, phone, email, message and preferences.

We use it only to respond to you, arrange demos and evaluate partnerships.

The form details are delivered to us by a form service provider.

We do not sell or rent this data.

When a patient books through a clinic’s HOSPIO phone line, the service processes:

This is used to book appointments and to send SMS confirmations.

It is shared only with the telephony (IVR) and SMS providers needed to deliver the service.

It is stored on servers in India. Backups are encrypted and kept off-site. Each clinic’s data is kept separate, and changes are logged.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. We delete them on request.

Service data is kept for as long as the clinic uses HOSPIO, and as the clinic instructs.
